This brand new 7 bedroom, 5 bath, newly furnished luxury home's 5,000 sq feet has plenty of room for your multi-generational or multi-family group! This is no bland hotel. We have tried to anticipate your family's needs and wants, from board games and books to hair dryers and hangers.
Relax together in the Great Room or head downstairs to the Rec Room to take advantage of the wet bar and reclining sofa- plus ping pong and pool table! The gourmet kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, disposal, through the door ice maker and water, and natural gas stove and oven. The long dining table easily seats 10, plus 6 more at the nearby kitchen counter. Covered porch looks out over the lawn area and trees. Gas grill makes cookout easy! 
Second refrigerator is located in the garage. 
Beach chairs, bicycles, board games along with beach and pool toys for kids are available as well. Pack n play is available upon request.

Access

Guests will have access to the entire house. You are not sharing this house with anyone.

Begin your day enjoying the sights and sounds of nature along the three-mile Eagle view trail. Enjoy a game of tennis or bocce ball with family and friends. Garb a cup of coffee at the Lighthouse club, then take a dip in the incredible infinity pool and enjoy a cocktail at the only swim-up pool in Delaware. No matter what you are looking for in a resort community, it's all right there at Coastal Club! COASTAL CLUB WAS THE RECENT WINNER: COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR SUSSEX COUNTY & THE STATE OF DELAWARE!

AMENITIES: Recreational Passes are needed to utilize the resort amenities. You do not have to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase only for those who will be using the amenities. Passes are purchased at an additional cost and may vary from year to year. The cost for 2024 is $100 per weekly pass per person. Children under 5 do not need a pass - they have to be accompanied by an adult who does have a pass. Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30 each. 

The amenities include multiple pools, including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim up bar, clubhouse and indoor pool with lap lanes and incredible HOT TUB.
Saturday is the only day when guests can use amenities after 4 PM.

Transit

Guests may park in the garage (1 spot), on the driveway - 2 spots (not blocking the sidewalk) and there is a limit of two cars on the roadway, not in the cul de sac. The cars parking on the roads are not guaranteed spots and will require placards on the dashboard that will be provided by the homeowner.

Notes

LINENS: We will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters AS WELL AS sheets, pillowcases and towels (bath, hand and wash cloth for every guest) but not beach towels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage protection fee which covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF 14 ( for Cattail in Bayside), 10 ( for Waterleaf in Bayside), 14 (for Candleberry in Bayside), 16 (for 7 bdr in Coastal Club), 13 ( for 5 bdr in Coastal Club)

Anyone not following any of these rules can be evicted from the home immediately with forfeiture of all monies paid.

Dwelling is Private Property: The property will be used only as a private dwelling for the use of Rental Guest.There shall be no subletting of the premises. The Rental Guest shall occupy and use the premises as a vacation rental only and not use the premises for any business, professional, unlawful or hazardous purpose.

Rental Guest understands that Bayside ( or Coastal Club) has a Home Owners Association and agrees that everyone in their rental group will abide by all provisions of the HOA.

Refundable Security Deposit: Will be refunded within 2 weeks after final check-out so long as there is no damage to the property during stay other than normal wear and tear.

Prohibited Vehicles / Parking: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted. Also, no parking is allowed on the streets near the home.There is an additional overflow parking nearby in a lot. 

Recreation Passes:
Renters will be allowed to purchase passes to utilize amenities of the onsite Bayside Club.( or coastal club)

Hold Harmless and Indemnity: Property Manager and Owner of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to Rental Guest and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to Rental Guests acts, actions or neglect. Rental Guest agrees to hold Property Manager and Owner harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Rental Guests act or neglect or their guests’ act or neglect. 

Quiet Enjoyment: Rental Guest and their guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and privacy of the surrounding neighbors. Property Manager and owner are not responsible for the actions of other property owners in the area, as we have no control over their actions.

Weather, Acts of God: Property Manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during Rental Guests stay on premises and no refunds will be made.

Unforeseen Conditions: If any unforeseen conditions or problems with the house arise prior to or during TENANTS stay, OWNER reserves the right to either refund TENANTS payment pro-rate or place TENANT in a comparable house with the same amenities, bedroom, etc.. Such unforeseen conditions could be the following but are not limited to, hurricanes, storms, vandalism, flood, HOA rules, etc. OWNER assumes no responsibility for such unforeseen conditions. 

Access: Rental Guest agrees to allow access to the house and property to Property Manager or Owner and his agents upon 4 hour notice by telephone or in person. Agents include but are not limited to plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. 

Property Manager reserves the right to inspect the premises and house interior upon 4 hour notice to Rental Guest. Rental Guest agrees not to deny access. If Rental Guest refuses to allow access to Property manager or any agent designated by Property Manager, the Property Manager reserves the right to terminate the TENANTS vacation rental and TENANT will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by OWNER and will forfeit their rental payment. 

Safety: Rental Guest acknowledges and agree that they are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests and their children with respect to the pool, the deck areas, and the premises. Rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless from any injuries to them or their guests. It is understood that there may not be a lifeguard and that supervision is their responsibility.

Rental Guest understands that there is no hard wired phone (land line) inside the home and that Rental Guest is responsible for making all calls including emergency and 911 calls on their own phones (not provided by Owner).

Illegal Drugs: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the property. Rental Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. Rental Guest further waives any and all rights to recourse against the Property Manager for enforcing this clause.

Rental Guest Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform "Normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to: Garbage removal, Cleaning of individual and guest dishes, Notification to Property Manager of any damages or problems with the property, Locking of all doors when Rental Guest leaves the house. 

Cancellations: 

If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit, then Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner.  

A) A cancellation notice received by Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full.  

B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. 

C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.

Cleaning: Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

LEASE AGREEMENT: Please be advised that, by making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms in this lease.

House was very nice and was in a great location. The club was very nice and was close to a lot of good restaurants and not far from the beach. House was clean just had some stains in the carpet and marks in the walls but other than that it was a great place to stay. We would definitely consider it for next year.

Anna was fantastic to work with... friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. The house was bright, clean, and nicely decorated. The previous guests had caused some damage and Anna proactively reached out to make us aware. She also very generously offered to treat our whole group to dinner for the slight inconvenience. The layout of the house was great for our group of 10 adults and 4 children, we were able to put the families with children on the top floor and the young adults in the basement. Despite having a rainy week, the house provided ample space which allowed us to have a great time together!

We had a great family vacation at Anna’s house! The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep our party of 14, with a common area on each floor to hang out in. There were thoughtful additions to the house that made traveling with kids easier including board games, beach toys, bikes, and children’s books. Anna was an extremely responsive and proactive host who did a great job communicating information about the check in process, house amenities, and community facilities ahead of time. The house was a quick walk to the community pool which was also very nice, and an easy drive to many local attractions. Great stay overall.

Such a great find—comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen had an assortment of cookware and ample dishes for a large group. Anna’s communication is great and she was accommodating for early arrival which is really nice for those traveling from far. Perfect for multiple families with young children—several hang out areas so kids and adults could do some things separately. The neighborhood is very large and perfect for outdoor exercise. We had such a great stay, highly recommend!

Anna was a great host. She was very responsive and the house was beautiful. Had many rooms so everyone was comfortable. Lovely kitchen to cook meals together in with many utensils, glasses, plates - we made great dinners together! We did run out of toilet paper pretty early on, and there were not many extra towels, blankets, etc. This did not take away at all from the trip - we just had a lot of people! Cannot express how amazing the condition of the house was, the living spaces were so comfy, and the location had so much to do and explore. Overall a perfect trip and I would love to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's Lewes, Delaware house! It is relatively new and was clean, everything functioned as it should. Anna was kind, generous, easy to interact with and prompt in her responses to our questions. The community the house is located in is clean and well-kept, with lots of flowers around entrance and clubhouse. The Coastal club pool passes were additional charge and well-worth it! Club includes three separate pools (one indoor), with various amenities that made it lots of fun for our grandchildren (ages 1-3) and also for adults. It has bar (food and drinks) on selected days. Clubhouse is close to Ana's house, and we spent time there every day. The community itself is great for running and biking, as is relatively level and has sidewalks, lots of 'side-streets' and also wooded 2-3 mile trail around perimeter. Anna's house includes six bikes which our family enjoyed for short ride to pool or just ride around community. Our group had 13 adults and 5 small children.
